Sports Relief at Sainsburys / Swim-A-Thon At Leisure Centre

This is an old photo, but the same outfits will be there!!
This weekend is Sports Relief weekend, and Sainsbury's Dunstable have lots going on at their store to raise money for the charity.

There will be aerobic demonstrations, and children from Watling Lower School and Ardley Hill singing and doing martial arts demonstrations, male colleagues braving the pain of having their legs waxed.

On Saturday there will be Irish Dancers at the front of the store; somebody playing the bag pipes. Mickey and Minnie will be there all day.  Children can meet Mickey and Minnie and have their photographs taken with them.

A disco dome, donated for the day from Disco Dome Bouncy Castles, will be also be available. Join in the fun whilst helping to raise money for his great cause.

Last year, for Comic Relief, Sainsbury's Dunstable were the top fundraising store on the whole Company, which shows how great the people of Dunstable are, they really do make a difference.

  • Of all the money raised by the public through Sport Relief, 50% is used to make a difference right here in the UK, and 50% goes towards transforming lives across the world’s poorest communities.
